Scarface

It was a dark murky night and the grey evil looking clouds hurled their way over the twilight moon.

The sharp wind cut its way briskly through the trees creating an eerie spooky sound.

The prehistoric shabby trees curled towards the dwelling habitance of the ancient house as if they were to swallow it in one big gulp.

There was silence. Apart from the constant humming of the few streetlights that were and the frequent riotous barking of a wild astray dog there was no other sound in the cold dismal dead end road.

Tip. Tap. Tip Tap. It started to rain. Small but sharp raindrops fell to the floor.

Vision started to blur as the small raindrops miraculously changed to constant pounding raindrops blistering the tarmac and anything else in its way.

He waited crouched uncomfortably down beside an old shabby looking tree. He was tall but his figure was hidden in a long hooded coat. He was as still as a feather. Waiting. Waiting. He slid his long leather coated hand into what looked like a secret compartment in his coat and viciously pulled out a shiny object.

A knife. Patience was turning thin; he could not bear to wait any longer.

He turned to face the house for a distraction form his inpatient ness. His mind was to ask questions.

He started to shiver and he knew he was loosing his self-confidence if he didn't get his task over and down with soon.

One side of the porch slanted to a side as its foundation was broken, paint crippled from every noticeable spot around the extremely fragile house and objects around the inhabitancy casted evil looking shadows onto the house.

He laughed evilly to himself trying to re assure his deteriorating confidence how easy his task would be.

A car drove up the road and gradually slowed down as it approached the house. His heart starting pounding like it was to explode any second. He hid deeper into the large shabby tree trying not to be discovered in the Yellow Sea of light coming from the headlights of the small red car.

At last the car engine was turned off and slowly following by the headlights. He took a long breath. The images outside seemed blurry and she coudnt work out if she was even outside her own house. She hesitated in opening the door, as the pounding rain saw no end. She finally gave in after waiting a restless 2 minutes. The door quickly opened to reveal slim tall women wearing a business suit and carrying an old folder she resembled to a beautiful secretary. She hurriedly locked the car door and started towards the porch as fast as her tight skirt could let her run. A strange sense of fear was coming over her and her heart started racing like mad. She could feel and hear her heart beating like drums. She fumbled about restlessly looking for her door keys. Finally. She found them and nervously fit the key in. Open. She fell in and locked the door behind panting out of breath.

What was wrong? There didn't seem to anyone around but she could sense someone watching her she slowly crawled up behind the curtains to peep outside. Nothing. She was probably just hallucinating after a hard days work at the office she assured herself as she drew the curtains and double-checked the door was completely bolted. Kicking her high stack heels off she jumped onto the sofa and switched the Tv on, that would definitely make her feel better.

" Are you home alone? Yes YOU? Afraid? Sense of someone watching you?"

She hid deeper into the ...
