This is a good idea as it will keep the employees on task and will not sit back and do the job at their own pace also this will keep the customers happy as there will be a set date in which the garden will be down and they will be not worried whether their garden will be finish in 2 month instead of some thing like 4 month and a couple of weeks this is just an example of what could happen if we did the contract method. In the research method observation this would prove to be one of those research methods that we give us the necessary information that we need. This will aid us a lot, in our pursuit to competitor with Wyle vale which is situated a far distance from us but still a strong competitor, as it is the next closet garden centre.
