Introduction

´╗┐Naveen Nadesparan MARKETING MIX UNIT 3-P6 In this task P6 I have been asked to develop a new product or even a service which my school can provide for their students and staff. I have decided to go with the service in which they can offer for both students and staff where they can benefit from a lot. I have decided to start up a gym session weekly based in the school. I have chosen to provide this service for students and staff because this could benefit them from keeping fit and healthy, including a gym instructor to help on undertaking the sessions. Many people might be interested in participating the gym sessions but they might not be able to outside school because of the facilities that they can?t access. Starting up the gym session will allow many people to be involved having access to the accurate facilities as well as the proper equipment to participate. For the Gym club sessions, I will be targeting at teenagers from 14-18 which includes sixth form as well as for beginners. As it is based in a school it will be accessible for students in the Years 9-13 for the ages stated above. ...read more.

The payment would be taken on every last session of the month making it easier for everyone to have time to pay on their monthly payments. For the people who want to pay yearly I would allow them to pay on the first session of the month for the year so they can pay at once with a small discount having the whole 1 year covered, This would allow the members to use the Club for the whole year with one payment allowing them to access the gym at any time as well as the club sessions to have many training sessions to make them keep healthy as well as keeping their body mass at a very healthy level. Costing every member yearly £432 but with a 20 % discount for the yearly payments costing the member £345.60 which would be a very good option for every member saving more than 50 pounds but on the other hand many members will think that it is a very big amount and willing to pay the per session payment which in the end of the year it would have cost them £432 that is more than £86.40 for the yearly payment members, ...read more.

discuss about the Gym Club and being able to answer every questions that they may have to ask regarding the Gym sessions. These are the important factors that I will need the students to know about: 1. The Days when the Gym Club Session will take place. 2. Every payment method that?s on offer. 3. Specific gear needed to use the gym club. 4. Safety procedures. Gathering all students before talking about the Gym Club will be a very easier way to communicate to everyone to see if they are interested. Everyone gathering at once will be an easier option because then the information that is given out doesn?t have to be repeated a lot as they would be able to hear it all together at once. This would allow the students and even staff to ask any questions regarding the service of the gym club that I am going to provide where they feel is important as in where they don?t understand about this service. Gathering everyone in an assembly hall would allow all the important information to be given out and if there is any problem regarding the club even finance wise the problem could be solved beforehand. ...read more.
