If they have any problem or any upcoming event or any important information they can inform their staff through e-mail. They can keep in touch with their staff and students through e-mail and ask them for feedback and if they have any problem with their school or if the students are not satisfied the course they are studying. Washwood heath Technology College uses e-mail to contact the main admin during the day for anything like if a student is missing the teacher informs the head that a student is missing. The staff is informed by any meeting held in the school through e-mail. In case of any holiday the staff is informed through an e-mail. Facebook or twitter: Washwood heath Technology College can make its own page on facebook and twitter so people can join it. They can even advertise on facebook. They can have all basic details required by the people about their school on facebook or twitter.
