"Why should we hire you", by Jim Maloney is a brilliant source of information explaining several different variables about the workforce. Jim Maloney's essay explains in detail the four key points that will help us answer his question, "Why should we hire you." The author's first point and question that he makes is, "Why should I be hired?"
