Conclusion

By looking at the three day diet record the individual was not eating healthy as they should be doing. They were eating quick cooked processed foods that had no nutrients that their body needed except for some carbohydrates. The individual missed out breakfast a mid-morning snack which was bad for them since they did not get the energy that they needed to carryout the day with which would of left them feeling tired a slow rather than carrying out the day better if they had had breakfast. The individual needs to add fruit and vegetable to their diet plus have a balanced diet so that they can get all the nutrients they need which is vital for their body. ?? ?? ?? ??
