For this investigation I have chosen Mr. Richard as my client. In this particular section I will be describing his lifestyle, analyzing and making some conclusions on his health and way of living. HIS BACKGROUND INFORMATION My client is 5'10 tall weighs around 89- 90 kg. He is 43 years old and falls in the adulthood life stage. He is fully qualified with a post gradate degree in business management and has got several achievement in his field of work. He is a very ambitious person who is very keen in learning new aspects which could help him in his business. At present he is working for his own business in a partnership with one of this friend. But has a lot of pressure of work because of his big business which as a result make him tensed and stressed. ...read more.

Middle

He has a high risk of getting various diseases like high blood pressure and heart attack which may be very harmful in his later life. Also his behaviour across people is getting very bad as he gets irritated and agitated on small things because of the intake of alcohol and stress. It could be also because of his haphazard sleep hours. Also as he has his own business he has to work continuously for hours and has no time to relax which is also a reason of depression and anger. Further more his health is also deteriating as his intake of fresh food and correct amount of nutrients are lacking in his diet. As he gets no time to cook and lives by himself so he always gets ready meals from tesco or having a meal from a restaurant. ...read more.

Conclusion

But he does have some friends who he does see sometime on the weekend. Also he is busy in his business and lacks social opportunity in his life. He used to have lots of friends but due his attitude of getting angry and agitated made him loose his friends and made him alone. As he is also separated he doesn't get any emotional support from his wife or his family and prefers to stay at home rather then going out. CONCLUSIONS * Already I can say that he is overweight but is very likely of getting severely overweight because of lack of exercise and poor diet resulting health problems for e.g. diabetes. * As he has already has a hereditary problem of diabetes, he should be cautious on his intake fatty foods. * A big problem of stress in his life which needs to be sorted or he could go in permanent depression. ...read more.
