Further more His present financial status is quite good and easily saves some money. He owns 4 bedroom house in Clifton which is one of the posh and safe area in Bristol. As he lives in the Clifton area his environmental conditions are very good. In addition I have always seen his house in a very good condition (neat and clean) so I can also conclude that his hygienic conditions are quite good.
However his marriage broke about 5 years ago which made his mental status very low. He has no personal support from his wife or anyone to share his feelings with. He has got two kids which he really misses and is not allowed to meet them very often. All these factors makes him very depressed and lonely.
Due to this he has now heavily alcohol and crosses the limits of alcohol per week and spends all his saved money on alcohol. He has a high risk of getting various diseases like high blood pressure and heart attack which may be very harmful in his later life.
Also his behaviour across people is getting very bad as he gets irritated and agitated on small things because of the intake of alcohol and stress. It could be also because of his haphazard sleep hours.
Also as he has his own business he has to work continuously for hours and has no time to relax which is also a reason of depression and anger.
Further more his health is also deteriating as his intake of fresh food and correct amount of nutrients are lacking in his diet. As he gets no time to cook and lives by himself so he always gets ready meals from tesco or having a meal from a restaurant. These types of meals doesn’t provide a balanced and can lead to various heath problems like high blood pressure or obesity, diabetes as it only contains lots of fat. This is the main reason why my client is increasing weight very quickly and getting obese. Also he has a high risk of getting diabetes because he has hereditary problem of diabetes in his family.
There is also an another major reason why he is getting obese is the lack of exercise. He works in a office where he requires no physical activity. He works has to also work on weekends for hours and has not time to exercise. He has got his own car so does no walking and never goes swimming or in a gym.
His social life is not very good as he is not very good in mixing with other people or sharing his views. But he does have some friends who he does see sometime on the weekend.
Also he is busy in his business and lacks social opportunity in his life. He used to have lots of friends but due his attitude of getting angry and agitated made him loose his friends and made him alone.
As he is also separated he doesn’t get any emotional support from his wife or his family and prefers to stay at home rather then going out.
CONCLUSIONS
- Already I can say that he is overweight but is very likely of getting severely overweight because of lack of exercise and poor diet resulting health problems for e.g. diabetes.
- As he has already has a hereditary problem of diabetes, he should be cautious on his intake fatty foods.
- A big problem of stress in his life which needs to be sorted or he could go in permanent depression.
