It does not say what illness all of the patients are suffering from. Whenever a patient is brought into the hospital they should be put into a ward were, all of the patients are suffering from the same illness. This way it can minimise the amount of illnesses which are being spread about in one ward. This can be reviewed each time a new patient comes in to the hospital, they can be shown the specific ward they are being placed in.The ward was short staffed. If a ward is short staffed then the patients will not be given the correct amount of care that they may need/want to have.More staff should be made available or hired so that all of the patients can be given the correct amount of care. If they haven’t got enough staff members on, then the patients will become frustrated and this can lead to complaints being made about the hospital.The manager of the hospital should do a check up each month on the staff, and see if they need any further training. Also, the manager can check if the staffs need to be fired or moved to different wards if there skills aren’t good enough to be on the more complex wards. Staff members were working across all areas of the ward. If the staff is working across all areas of the ward, can spread the pathogens from one individual to another. Individuals which are suffering
