Overall, I don't really have an interest for exercising, which is my biggest challenge. 3. Exercises provide a lot of benefits. First of all, it is one of the main reasons why I rarely become sick. I always recover quickly because of the amount of exercising I get daily. It also helps me relax and relief stress, and falling asleep quicker. Even taking a small walk can help me maintain a good mood. III. Emotional Health Management 1. People who are emotionally healthy are in control of their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. They feel good about themselves and have good relationships. They can keep problems in perspective. Even people who have good emotional health can sometimes have stress or mental illness, but they have learned ways to cope with emotional problems. Conclusion

It is very hard to change the bad habits, so it is easier to make good choices and changes now. 2. Positive healthy choices are very important for teenagers because bad habits develop quickly. I think I made good health choices in areas like drugs and tobacco consumption. I have never consumed any drug or alcohol, and I never smoke. I understand the negative effects of these substances, and the consequences of consuming them. I remember a presentation two years ago on the effects of "second hand smoke". The negative consequences can be worse for family and friends if you smoke around them, so I am not only making these choices for myself. I also avoid places where people gather to smoke. Also, road safety is very important. Car accidents can be serious and fatal, so I always wear my seatbelt. My parents know how to drive, and they always follow the rules and drive safely. I always remind my dad to drive slowly and never rush. I make these choices because I have many goals and dreams in my life, and being healthy will definitely help me achieve my goals. ...read more.
