- According to the food guide, part of my diet need to be adjusted. Right now I am almost meeting the requirement for the Vegetables and Fruit category, but I am lacking Grain products. Due to my allergies, I rarely drink milk or eat cheese, so I need to find an alternative. For meat and alternatives, 4 servings is double the suggestion, which is not good since meat contains a lot of saturated fat. Overall, a diet with more green vegetables and grain and less meat would be perfect.
