  1. According to the food guide, part of my diet need to be adjusted. Right now I am almost meeting the requirement for the Vegetables and Fruit category, but I am lacking Grain products. Due to my allergies, I rarely drink milk or eat cheese, so I need to find an alternative. For meat and alternatives, 4 servings is double the suggestion, which is not good since meat contains a lot of saturated fat. Overall, a diet with more green vegetables and grain and less meat would be perfect.

  1. Regular Exercise Routines

  1. I walk to school and back home every day, and it takes at least 30 minutes for a single trip even though I walk quite fast. I don’t have a habit of going to gym or playing sports, but 60 minutes of exercise is still exceeding the DPA requirement (150 minutes per week).
