Peer Reviews
Here's what a star student thought of this essay
Quality of writing
The report uses good use of screen shots which support the writing of the report. This will allow the examiner to visual the report, which is quite good. The report states 'hyper-link', however this term isn't described. All technical terms would need to be explained to allow the examiner to understand the report with ease.
Level of analysis
The section 'Accuracy', isn't explained fully. As a website will need to be tested, to ensure that all aspects are working, as users of the internet are expecting a fully working website. The above, should be included within the report to achieve high marks.
Response to question
The report is quite basic, as the student has described what there have undertaken to create their website only. However there haven't explained this using detail, which would gain them high marks. The section 'Backing Up Work' is quite good, as this describes that it's important to create a back up in case the computer were to crash. However the report is missing some vital information. The report could include 'Any Back-Up's should be stored at least 100 miles away from the location of the original source of the data. This ensures that if there was a flood/fire at the premises, the data would still be recovered'. The section 'Plan' states how the student has stuck to their plans. It would be good to include within the report, 'If the website didn't stuck onto the plan, then this may have suffered a rime delay, due to the new features the website would have that aren't planned for already'. On the flip side, the section 'How Could I Improve The Site?', was quite good. As this describes the bad points regrading the website and this can be addressed.
