Years ago the only option to find work was to look through newspapers or visit a local job centre, however being able to search for work online is a lot more accessible and convenient. Advantages: * Many more jobs have been created, due to technology needing people to operate it * Jobs are more accessible as people can easily search for it online * Work involving technology will pay highly as the skills are in high demand Disadvantages: * Different expectations.
