DETERMINAR EL PUNTO DE EBULLICION Y TENCION SUPERFICIAL DEL AGUA.

ACTIVIDAD 1

OBJETIVO:

Determinar el punto de ebullición de 150ml de agua y determinar el efecto de la sal sobre este.

HIPOTESIS:

El punto de ebullición normal del agua es de 100°C, la sal debería afectar a este, aumentándolo.

MATERIALES:

a) Mechero de Bunsen

b) Rejilla de Asbesto

c) Trípode

d) Vaso precipitado de 250ml (Pyrex)

e) Termómetro

f) Agua

a) Sal de mesa (cloruro de sodio)

PROCEDIMIENTO:

Primer paso:

Llenamos el vaso precipitado directamente desde la llave con 150ml de agua potable.

Segundo paso:

Colocamos sobre la rejilla de asbesto el vaso precipitado con el agua y la dejamos hervir. Observando cuidadosamente el cambio de temperatura y siguiendo las indicaciones del profesor.

Tercer paso:

Cuando el agua alcanzo su punto de ebullición, le agregamos 2 cucharadas de sal de mesa, y esperamos que hirviera nuevamente.

Cuarto paso:

Cuando el agua volvió a hervir, medimos su temperatura, y luego la dejamos enfriar.
