The Ice Bowl boasts a full size ice pad with seating for over 1,000 people within the arena, in bright modern surroundings.

It is open virtually all day, including weekends and Bank Holidays (see times and prices) and as well as having 3 resident D.J.'s mostly every night, it also runs special session for kids

Naturally, whether you're an enthusiastic, casual skater or just want to speed skate, the Ice Bowl caters for you!

There are 5 ice dance professionals on site to teach you the intricacies of ice skating, either within a group course or individually, see lessons and specials. There's a session for the 'just getting to learn it' every Thursday evening, and for those who just want to watch there is a fully licensed bar and a fast food cafe to relax in.

Also, don't forget, that if the fast moving, all action sport of Ice Hockey is your thing, the Ice Bowl is not only home to the Invicta Dynamo's, but also has an extensive Junior / Senior Ice Hockey development programme - right down to The Imps - that's the under 10's!

So, don't just sit at home thinking "what shall we do, where shall we go?" - Get down to where all the action is - go ice skating - go to the Ice Bowl! You’ll have the time of your life!!!

There was an ice bowl trip with the school but I missed out on going to the ice bowl the children who went on that trip learnt a lot on how the ice bowl works how much profit per year they make and they learnt a lot on how the ice bowl runs and they were also given the chance to skate on the ice for a while.

On the ice bowl site they even give skating tips for people who cant quite skate what to where etc
