In a nursery one to one interaction would be used by talking to one child in a situation that is relaxing and comforting. I went to the nursery I saw that a teacher was communicating with the other teacher about the children's behavior and how well the children have settled in the nursery. I also saw that the two children communicating with each other really slowly, which showed me they are listening to each other and are being friendly by taking in turns. Tone would be used in a group communication when the children are sitting in a group and are discussing about a story the teachers uses calm voice and ask the children questions the children pick up their hands and answer the questions. Pace would be used in a group communication when the children are sitting in a circle and speak quickly to each other it shows that the children are excited and happy after listening to the story. If the children at the nursery are speaking in a slow and soft pace that shows that they were bored and tired. Four care values would be used in group communication by.... Pace if the teacher does not give another child a direct eye contact she/he would use quick fast pace this is because the teacher might want to help every child. Diversity would be used in informal communication by when the children are talking to the nursery teacher about there work the teacher understands that each children may have different problems with the work and the teacher helps them to understand it better. Confidentiality would be used in informal communication by the way that anything the child or the children sat to the teacher if the children or the child does not want anyone to know that they are struggling, then the teacher does not say anything to anyone outside the nursery or in the other nursery classrooms.
