  1. What are the development possibilities for McDonald’s? 
  1. The Menu: Characterized by variety of products to choose from. It must have an attractive appearance in order to attract customers (cheerful colors). The kids’ meal should be the main focus as the main target is children. The menu should contain picture of the product appearing convenient and nearly approach the picture of a healthy food. Change the menu in few restaurants, if successful then move the idea to other restaurants.
  1. The image: How Mac. Can develop its image to be good in countries that had many disagreements on the presence of Mac.?

- Make donations example: to hospitals

- Help in improving the environment

- Try to insert new healthy food.

  1. The Brand: Perform a join venture with the country’s national icon to make the brand name more strong example: the most successful restaurant in the country.
  1. The product: Increase the quality of the product and sell it with a high price and try it in few restaurants, if succeed then spread it in all restaurants such as adding new healthy products.

This proves that McDonald’s capabilities for growing is high as still there are a lot of open markets.

Because the reckless drive for market share McDonald’s seek to grow rapidly and open restaurants in many countries without making market research to the new and different market segments as market share is not useful in some situations where this rapid growth may lead to the failure of these new restaurants ...
