Comments for improvements/ Changes My family didn't like of how the roux sauce had absorbed in to the pasta which therefore gave less sauce . This was because my roux sauce wasn't thick enough and to improve this is to stir the sauce longer or to put more flour to improve it's thickness. Conclusion

I loved the dish because of the herbs and spices, this is because when I made my last macaroni dish there was a lack of herbs and it had brought less taste although I had succeded to make the pasta taste stronger and to give a richer salty and spicy taste. The courgette was lovely and tasty and it had given a rich taste among the roux sauce. The only thing that my family disliked was of how the macaroni sauce had absorbed in to the pasta which therefore gave less sauce to eat from. This was because my roux sauce wasn't thick enough. My next step to improve it is to make the roux sauce thicker and to put less sweetcorn.
