My family didn't like of how the roux sauce had absorbed in to the pasta which therefore gave less sauce . This was because my roux sauce wasn't thick enough and to improve this is to stir the sauce longer or to put more flour to improve it's thickness. The changes I could make if I made macaroni cheese again is to put meat in or any type of mince meat or even fish and this could be eaten for people who love meat or fish. I was suggested to improve my making of the meal is to put less pasta and to make more of the roux sauce. There isn't much improvements as my making of macaroni cheese with courgette was a improvement from my last attempt of making macaroni cheese.

The quality of the pieces of the vegetable was all fairly cut to informity. The vegetable was cut in small chunks and not big cubes. I cut them so they were easy to eat and to make not so make it look unattractive if the vegetables were cut as big chunks. I made sure I accurately weighed my
