Step by Step/Method:

1) Preheat oven to 180C

Mix the crushed biscuits and butter

in a bowl.

2) Press the mixture over the base

and sides of a 23cm pie dish.

3) Beat the cream cheese and cream        

together until smooth. Beat in cinnamon,

cocoa and sugar until blended.

4) Add eggs one at a time, beating         

just enough to blend. Poor into biscuit

base and bake for 25-30minutes

5) Decorate with chocolate curls

and lemon flavoured whipped cream.
