SPECIFICATION The lottery predictor will have 14 led's, four green and ten red. The lights will be on a random flash, which will be quick. The buttons and switches will be comfortable and easy to push. The underside of the product will be clear and the face of the case will have a design on it. The edges will be rounded for safety.
