In fact, it is probable that none of our changes will have an immediate impact on the environment, which makes it all the more critical that we act now. A few months ago, there was a world summit at Copenhagen to discuss and, if possible, reverse the causes and effects of global warming and pollution. Global leaders, scientists and environmentalists all took time out of their daily lives so that they could meet and exchange ideas about how best to reduce carbon emissions and deforestation. Conclusion

Everybody knows their part and even non-specialists understand the huge toll we are taking on the environment. People have accepted their responsibility towards the environment. We are more aware of how our actions cause an impact on it, and adjust the little everyday things in our lives to accommodate this change in attitude, such as reusing plastic bags and using non-CFC-emitting refrigerators. All these small, insignificant things, when aggregated, help to make a positive impact on the state of the environment. The environment is indeed a serious world issue, and those who think otherwise are clearly in desperate need of a reality check. People are always discussing this topic in the news, whether they are politicians, scientists, or environmentalists, and everybody is putting in their best effort to ensure that they help save the environment, and ultimately themselves. ...read more.
