In the play "Macbeth" when Scotland was fighting Norway, Norway was defeating Scotland. When "Macbeth" came the battle turned around. What is admirable about "Macbeth" here was that he had the courage and the strength to go around killing the Norwegian soldiers. The poet shows his courage when the poet says that his sword was smoking, which shows that his sword has done a lot of work killing the opposition. "Macbeth" was greatly admired for killing the Norwegian king and putting the kings head on his own sword, which forced the Norwegian soldiers to run away because the king had been defeated and they had no leader. ...read more.

He thinks of all the reasons of why he should or should not kill the king. I admire "Macbeth" for being a loving man, he loves his wife and is willing to do anything for her. This is shown when he decides not to kill King Duncan, but listens to his wife when she says, "if you do not kill the king, you do not really love me, and that he is a coward. Later on when "Macbeth" has killed King Duncan, he regrets killing him. This is shown when "Macbeth says to himself "Wake Duncan with thy knocking. I would thou coudst". "Macbeth" is greatly admired for his bravery. This is shown when he fought "Mcduff" he knew that "Mcduff" was not born in his mothers womb, but still fought him. He also knew that he had no chance, as the witches told him. There are many things to admire about this character "Macbeth". "Macbeth" is a brave strong individual who has the courage to take on an army. He is a kind loving man who loves, adores his wife and is willing to do anything for her. "Macbeth" is a thinking man he will always think before he does anything. "Macbeth" is a man who is easily convinced to do something by his loved ones, which also sometimes take advantage of this, his weakness.
