Dear Editor I wish to draw your reader's attention to the litter problem in our area. I was walking my dog down the once well kept Blackburn path and noticed how much it has changed and that's definitely not in a good way. Conclusion

I have a few suggestions, the first one would definitely be more bins, but not just normal waste bins, we need more recycling bins for separate materials. There should also be advertisements up around everywhere, posters, showing the before and after everyone started throwing their litter. It would also be a good thing to teach from your a young age, like in schools, have people come round or certain classes on litter problems. Thank you for reading it.
