There is also solar energy which generates electricity by heating trapped air which rotates turbines in a solar updraft tower which also should not bother the public, they can also heat buildings directly, through passive solar design. This can also heat your water and can even heat and cool air through use of solar chimneys. And finally we can stop the using of petrol or diesel which give off greenhouse gasses by using bio-fuel. ...read more.

Conclusion

Agriculturally produced biomass fuels, such as bio diesel, ethanol and bagasse can be burned in internal combustion engines or boilers. Research into more efficient methods of converting bio fuels and other fuels into electricity utilizing fuel cells is an area of very active work. So overall my point is that we have all these very capable alternatives so why not begin to use them more often and show the public how this can help so easily if we all just try so this problem could be soon forgotten.
