In order to keep fit and health, we don’t have to run for hours, or spend several hours at a gym, jogging, swimming, roller-skating, dancing etc. This helps us control our weightand beings our metabolosm to a normal level. It is very important to give our body the best treatment because health is on the top of anything else. If we want to stay healthy and live longer, then we have to make some changes and a healthy lifestyle.
As for our mental health, it totally consists in reaching to the happy level. We must have enough rest to be able to concentrate on study or other activities. Sleeping enough is very important but there are also many methods we can apply, just like watching movies, documentaries, reading books are also sources of knowledge which can help us keep our mind fresh and rich.
To keep fit and healthy, following a healthy and balanced diet everyday. Make sure our everyday diet includes lots of fruit, vegetable and potein. We should avoid to eat red meat, junk foods, caffeine and sugar intake. Instead, opting for a variety of fresh fruits, vegetable salads, freshly made fruit juice, nutritious energy drinks.
However, some people want to lose weight, they would choose to skip their breakfast. As we all know that breakfast is the first and most important meal of a day. It seems as a fuel of our body. If we skip breakfast, we will feel hungry in the latter part of the day, and we may end up eating more. Therefore, we may run a higher risk of gaining weight, if we skip our breakfast frequently.
The methods to keep us fit vary. In the morning, you can get up early, go outdoors, breathe the fresh air, and do physical exercises. Running and swimming are extremely helpful to keep one fit. If you are a busy person and have no special time allocated to do these things, there are still some ways useful for to keep fit. The easiest way is to walk to your office instead of riding a bike or taking a bus. You also have to take a routine physical check - up. Your doctor will know the condition of your body most clearly, and he will give you the most valuable advice to keep fit. You should always try to make yourself happy. If you feel happy, you can eat well, sleep well, and your body is sure to be in an excellent condition.
In a word, i suggest that we want to have healthy life, sufficient sleep is important. Lack of sleep can make us feel tired the next day, so that our body get the time to replenish itself.
