Laceys Letter

We both know what happened on the cliff, it wasn’t a spasm. I saw the opportunity to get rid of you while you were looking at your stupid samphire plant. I tried to push you but as I was about to do it my conscience made my arms too weak to do it. I did this because I hated you pressurising me into things I don’t like. You know I’m scared of heights but you kept insisting on me to look over that stupid cliff. You also freaked out when you kept touching me knowing fully well I’m scared of heights.

I married you because I thought you were a sensible man who loved me and had my best interest e.g. the way you dressed and your manners. I thought you were a caring loveable man but I was wrong. You’re a spiteful, horrible. Wicked old man and I wish I never married you. Whenever you touch me you make me sick, the very sound of your voice also makes me want to vomit. Remember when you had a fight with a man who was drunk, everyone resented you for that and the time you hit me, I couldn’t even look at you especially after my brother gave you a black eye. I realised that all you wanted was someone to boss around and someone to bully, but I’m not going to be bossed around or bullied any more.

Do you think anyone cares about your stupid plant, let alone how popular you are your seen as a weak pathetic bully? No one even cares about your feelings because you’re so cold hearted. Your one of the most disliked people in town because of the way you treat people. Look at the way people looked at you and spoke to you at Richard’s 40th birthday party. They treated you how you treat me and yet you still didn’t care.

I’m looking for someone who cares about me and doesn’t disrespect me or take advantage of me. I hope the person I find is nothing like you. You are defiantly going to die a lonely man because no one would want to be with a careless, spiteful bully.
