It is the sound of my own footsteps, lonely and unforgiving, that is slowly defeating me, pace by pace. My own brother Oliver the cause of this hasty pilgrimage to the dangerous yet charming forest of Arden. Not a stroke after the noon-toll of yesterday, my old servant Adam, good, faithful Adam, came to inform me of my evil brother's plans. Only my servant Adam has stayed faithful to me, and for this faith I am very grateful, we walk towards the forest equipped only with the lifesavings of a faithful servant, and yet I am lucky to have that. Conclusion

"Can I not say, I thank you? My better parts Are all thrown down; and that which here stands up Is but a quintain, a mere lifeless block." That unromantic drivel lays heavy on my mind, as I fear they will be the last words I will ever speak to her and yet I feel in my heart that It will not be so, and that I will see her again one day soon. However I cannot tell the future, all I know is that if I do not fall to this love sickness, then I shall be taken to my father by this godforsaken forest or my crazed brother.
