Original Writing Poetry The Argument
The first 200 words of this essay...
I wish I was back home with you.
Why am I so defiant?
The argument was really small,
Yet turned into a giant.
I really wish I could blame you,
And say, "look what you've done",
But I can't `cos I know it's my fault,
And because I love you mum.
You should have realised times have changed.
You just were too old fashioned.
You wrapped me up in cotton wool,
And always took the blame.
I said things I shouldn't have.
I always seemed to swear.
You never told me off though,
You didn't seem to care.
Do you ever think of me?
And what I'm doing now?
Do you hate me for what I've put you through?
And think that I'm a cow?
I know dad lost his temper,
And I'd say quite rightly too.
I just wish we'd done things differently,
And just said, "I love you".
So now
