Introduction

Peace, so nice to have but so difficult to achieve. That's all I ask for in life. Yesterday, I woke up as the first sunrays stroked my eyes. Once again I was getting ready for another torrid and exhausting day. Mother and my five siblings were still asleep. I am the oldest. Our father was killed in a mining incident two years ago, its not strange since 10 people die everyday trying to make a living. Since his death life has been very difficult. We hugged ourselves, we hugged so hard we felt each others bones. I will never forget that moment. All in all it wasn't as bad as it seemed. My fears for the future are increasing as days pass. Now the most important thing is that Mother doesn't die. ...read more.
