She says all these things to put Duncan at ease, which it does because Duncan is really flattered and replies with:

Lady Macbeth is as ambitious as her husband is. She has already shown in previous scenes that she thinks that Macbeth must kill Duncan to become king. In scene 7, Macbeth changes his mind about killing Duncan - he’s worried about the consequences, and thinks about Duncan being a good man. Lady Macbeth persuades him, and says they’ll make it look like Duncan's servants were the murderers.
Also in scene 7 Lady Macbeth shows just how manipulative she is. She tells Macbeth that if he won’t do it then she doesn’t reckon he loves her much and that he is such a coward that he won’t do what he has to do to get what he wants:
“From this time such I account thy love. Art thou afeard to be the same in thine own act and valour, ass thou art in desire? Wouldst thou have that which thou esteem’st the ornament of life, and live a coward in thine own esteem, letting I dare not wait upon I would” Lady Macbeth Act1 Scene7 lines:38 - 44
Lady Macbeth shows just how ruthless and cold she is by saying that Macbeth promised to make himself king, and that if she’d made a promise like that - even a promise to kill her own baby - then she would have done it:
“ I have given suck and know. How tender ‘tis to love the babe that milks me: I would, while it was smiling in my face, have plucked my nipple from his boneless gums and dashed the brains out, had I so sworn as you have done” Lady Macbeth Act1 Scene7 Lines:54 -59
She is cunning and quick witted, she thinks up a plan to get Duncan's servants drunk so they don’t know what's going on, and when they’re asleep they can do what they like to Duncan, and blame everything on the servants Macbeth thinks that this is a good idea because then everyone will think that the servants did it when they put blood on them and use their daggers:
“Will it be received, when we have marked with blood those sleepy two of his own chamber and used their very daggers” Lady Macbeth Act1 Scene7 Lines: 74-76
Lady Macbeth then says that nobody would dare think anything else because they will pretend to be really upset about Duncan’s death:
“Who dares receive it other. As we shall make our grief's and clamour roar” Lady Macbeth Act1 Scene7 Lines:77-78
She is so ruthless she doesn’t mind her husband murdering people and other people getting the blame - she knows that these servants will be killed as well but that doesn't worry her.
In this essay I have hopefully shown how manipulative, two faced, cold, ruthless and cunning she really is towards Macbeth and others, how she managed to wrap Macbeth round her finger and get him to do what she wanted , in order to make him be crowned king. She did what she thought would be the best thing for her and her husband Macbeth ,she didn’t think or care about what would happen to other people, she was just thinking of herself.
