The way in which I am presenting the details about the festival to Stuart is through print outs or a visual screen display. There will be a 4-page printout showing all the details. I could also make a leaflet which could show all the information and screen shots on the web site, in which I will make for him.

The information to be output

The festival website needs a homepage and three other pages. The home must link to the other three pages and these pages must link back to the home page.

The desired outcomes and performance criteria

• Headings have to be large, colourful, and eye catching
• Dates have to be bold
• The hand-out has to be colourful
• Font on all pages have to be clear
• The Phone number has to be bold
• Their has to be a message telling people to call the phone number
• The ‘free events’ has to be in larger font size because it has to stand out for people to come to the concert
• All the hyperlinks have to be clear and in neat groups
• Must use the word ‘home’
• Must be in the same place all the time
