I will open Microsoft Publisher.

I will name the file for the poster “Implementation- poster-Twinkle town.”

I will name the file for the leaflet “Implementation – leaflet – Twinkle town.”

I will use auto flow to allow text (that will not all fit into a single text box) to flow into another text box of the user’s choice. The boxes it can flow into will be indicated by a pouring cup. This will be used on the third page of the leaflet publication.

I will use auto shapes to place behind the text so that there is a great emphasising on some of the text. It also creates a fabulous effect that catches the audiences’ eyes. This will be used on every publication and every page of the leaflet publication.

I will use the bold function to make certain parts of the text – specified in the design – stand out. This makes some of the text slightly as the name suggests, bolder. This will be used in some of the text that the user wants to stand out. It will be used on every publication.

I will use italics to pinpoint a name or specific location in the publication. I will click the button indicated by an ‘Italic I’ to access this function. This will be used in every publication in text that will be specified in the design.

I will use underline to make specified words stand out. This function can be accessed by clicking the ‘Underlined U.’ This will be used on every publication at some point in the text which is specified in the design.

I will use the order function to enable me to send shapes behind or in front of each other so that they will look professional and neat. This will be used in all the publications on pictures and auto shapes.

I will use the crop feature to manipulate the images. The pictures can be made smaller or can have something unnecessary cut out of them. This can be accessed in the picture toolbar and will be used in all the publications on any images that are inserted into them.

I will use the less and more brightness feature to manipulate an image in the publication. It can be used to change any errors within the light of the picture and can make the picture look a whole lot better. This will be used in all the documents on the images.

I will use the less and more contrast feature to make the picture look more presentable and will greatly improve the condition of it. This will be used in all the publication on the images.

I will use the font size function to change the size of certain parts of the text to a size specified in the design. The different font sizes will signify the importance at that point of the publication. This will be used in all the publications in text.

I will use the font selection list to select a different font if needed. This will be specified in the design. The different font selection make the text stand out and makes the presentation better and more attractive. This will be used in all the publications in the text.

I will use the format auto shape function to change the format: size, colour and outline if said auto shape needs to be edited. This function will be used in all the publications on the auto shapes.

I will use text wrapping to create a certain effect on the text and a picture or shape. This can be narrowed down to wrapping text around a picture or around a frame. This can be used to make the publication look more eye-catching and professional. This will be used in the poster publication in particular.

I will use word art character spacing to determine the space between every letter in word art. This will create a detrimental effect on the way the text is displayed and can be accessed by clicking on the word art and selecting ‘word art character spacing.’ This will be used in all publications on word art titles and subtitles as specified in the design.

I will use the word art shape function to determine the way the text ebbs and shapes. This can be highly effective on a publication as it allows you to shape it whichever way you want. This will be used in all the publication on any word art it contains – specified in the design.

I will use the line/ border style function to determine the border around an object. This is highly significant for those pictures or shapes that need to stand out – again this is specified in the design. This will be used on all the publications on the shapes and images.
