Speakers that will support 20 watts. Instead of inputting details via the screen a hard copy of the slide could be made available so that the interested person could write in their details. Navigation Chart A simple interactive presentation, that every slide can be accessed from any slide. In other words the end user can be on any slide and still access every slide on the presentation. My slideshow will run like this. Backup and Security * The system will be backed up every Friday. (spreadsheet) * The backup media will be a USB, then stored on Mr Thompson's home computer as well. * The backup copies will be stored on Mr Thompson's hard disk. * There will be physical security for the computer such as there will be a unique password that only Mr Thompson and the other works would know. * This password will be changed every 2-3 months * Another password will be created, in order to edit the presentation which will be changed every 2-3 months * A hard copy of the customer details will be created so if the computer is wiped out the data is not permanently lost. ...read more.
