Session 2
Session Outline
This week i am going to increase the time on each station to 50 seconds and only have a 25 second rest.
Before i start on my session i am going to do a warm up. In my warm up i will do a light jog to raise my heart heart, the temperature of my body and also will strech so that it will warm my muscles and hopefully prevent injury.
After the session i will do a cool down which will just be another light jog just to slowly drop my heart rate and temperature back to normal. I will also like the warm up perform a few easy streches so it helps prevent stiffness.
Session Evaluation
I found this sessions a bit more difficult because of the changes in time and found that going round the once worked my body hard.
Considerations for next session
In my next session i am going to
- Introduce music to try make the sessions less tedious
- Will increase the time spent on stations to one minute

This week i will spend 1 minute on each station and stay at 25 second rest.
Before i start on my session i am going to do a warm up. In my warm up i will do a light jog to raise my heart heart, the temperature of my body and also will strech so that it will warm my muscles and hopefully prevent injury.
After the session i will do a cool down which will just be another light jog just to slowly drop my heart rate and temperature back to normal. I will also like the warm up perform a few easy streches so it helps prevent stiffness.
Session Evaluation
I found this session again quite strenuous, also the introduction of music helped make the session less tedious and also found it slightly more enjoyable.
Considerations for next session
In my next session i am going to
- Decrease time spent on each station to 50 seconds and increase rest time to 30 seconds.

This week i have changed to doing 50 seconds on each station and then having a 30 second rest, but i am going to do the circuit twice to see how much it tests me.
Before i start on my session i am going to do a warm up. In my warm up i will do a light jog to raise my heart heart, the temperature of my body and also will strech so that it will warm my muscles and hopefully prevent injury.
After the session i will do a cool down which will just be another light jog just to slowly drop my heart rate and temperature back to normal. I will also like the warm up perform a few easy streches so it helps prevent stiffness.
Session Evaluation
I found this session very tiring this being due to having to go round the circuit two times. Even having the extended rest time i found it hard to complete each exercise and afterwards i was aching quite a bit due to the lactic acid building up in my muscles.

I found that this was a bit less streneous because of the minute rest time but it was still quite hard and it was hard near the end of the session so i may change the order.

This week i changed the order of some circuits so that near the end of the workout it would'nt be as streneous on one area of the body.
Before i start on my session i am going to do a warm up. In my warm up i will do a light jog to raise my heart heart, the temperature of my body and also will strech so that it will warm my muscles and hopefully prevent injury.
After the session i will do a cool down which will just be another light jog just to slowly drop my heart rate and temperature back to normal. I will also like the warm up perform a few easy streches so it helps prevent stiffness.
Session Evaluation
I found that this which was my last session worked out a bit better with a nice time on each session ( 50 seconds ) and a lot of rest at ( 60 seconds ) especially with going round the circuit twice and i am generally quite happy with my performance in the sessions.
