The main problems are the social and ethical problems it will have on society. The big social problem is economic because the robots like the Inka Robot1 that are used to pick up litter off of the floor can be upgraded to pick up the bags of garbage that people leave out thus replacing the people who actually go around and do this for a living. Another big social problem is the political view on robots in the environment. It could end up with people striking robots and having riots in the street because people are losing their jobs to these machines.2 Next on the list of problems are the ethical problems of robots in the environment which would be the relationship between Man and Machine and the reliability of robots. ...read more.

is similar to the intelligence of a human being.6 A robot is an artificial agent that can be mechanical or virtual that will perform any task on command it is also known as any mechanism that can move automatically.7 The main technological concepts of this portfolio are the terms robot, artificial intelligence and cybernetics. Criterio C: Anlisis del Problema econmico de la Robtica sobre el Medio Ambiente The biggest problem that has been stated is the way the robots will affect the economy. As shown before robots will have a huge negative effect on the economy but it will also have a positive effect. This is a list of what is expected to happen to the economy when robots are introduced. Virtually all need for manual labor, will disappear with robots taking jobs in construction, mining, etc. The cost of high-tech products will drop severely while the cost of food and low cost products will slightly drop. The cost of rents in apartments will drop when buildings can be built with no labor cost. The unemployment rate will approximately reach a hundred percent while foreclosure of mortgaged property will be almost universal also it is likely that all credit will be terminated. ...read more.

Another limit would be that people view this negatively due to fear of change. Solution 2: The other solution is to have robots in specific jobs. Explanation: Have robots take a certain number of jobs, mainly the ones too dangerous for humans. Benefits: This solution offers a minimal unemployment rate because only a few jobs will be replaced and even then they will be the most dangerous jobs like miners, pilots, and construction workers. Limits: The only disadvantage that arises from this solution is the loss of some jobs. Of these two solutions the better one is obviously the second because it has a smaller unemployment factor. It could also be worse because if one of the robots gets damaged then the whole assembly line goes wrong.10 Criterio E: Fuentes 1. http://www.used-robots.com/robot-education.php?page=robots+environment 2. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb483076.aspx 3. http://www.futurehi.net/archives/000111.html 4. http://www.marshallbrain.com/robotic-nation.htm 5. www.esse.ou.edu/glossary_st.html 6. wordnetweb.princeton.edu/perl/webwn 7. http://books.google.com/books?id=GxpohtQFaiAC&pg=PA116&dq=robots+in+economy&hl=en&ei=fG_tTPFsgqCUB5rotY0B&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=1&ved=0CCkQ6AEwAA#v=onepage&q=robots%20in%20economy&f=false 8. http://books.google.com/books?id=Fj02GVVv6eYC&printsec=frontcover&dq=robot&hl=en&ei=13DtTN3JNoT6lwfE25n9AQ&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=6&ved=0CEgQ6AEwBTgK#v=onepage&q&f=false 9. http://books.google.com/books?id=IxtL54iiDPUC&printsec=frontcover&dq=robot&hl=en&ei=UXHtTOjPBMP_lgfGv_mVAQ&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=5&ved=0CEIQ6AEwBDgK#v=onepage&q&f=false Esquema Portafolio Titulo del Tema: Robtica y el medio ambiente Titulo de Noticia y Direccin: Llego a Lima el Inka Robot http://www.prensaescrita.com/adiario.php?codigo=PER&pagina=http://www.larepublica.pe Conceptos TI: Robtica Inteligencia Artificial Problemas Sociales: Econmico Poltico Problemas ticos: Confiabilidad Personas y Maquinas rea de Impacto: Medioambiente 1http://www.prensaescrita.com/adiario.php?codigo=PER&pagina=http://www.larepublica.pe 2http://books.google.com/books?id=GxpohtQFaiAC&pg=PA116&dq=robots+in+economy&hl=en&ei=fG_tTPFsgqCUB5rotY0B&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=1&ved=0CCkQ6AEwAA#v=onepage&q=robots%20in%20economy&f=false 3 http://www.marshallbrain.com/robotic-nation.htm 4 wordnetweb.princeton.edu/perl/webwn 5http://books.google.com/books?id=Fj02GVVv6eYC&printsec=frontcover&dq=robot&hl=en&ei=13DtTN3JNoT6lwfE25n9AQ&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=6&ved=0CEgQ6AEwBTgK#v=onepage&q&f=false 6http://books.google.com/books?id=IxtL54iiDPUC&printsec=frontcover&dq=robot&hl=en&ei=UXHtTOjPBMP_lgfGv_mVAQ&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=5&ved=0CEIQ6AEwBDgK#v=onepage&q&f=false 7 www.esse.ou.edu/glossary_st.html 8 http://www.used-robots.com/robot-education.php?page=robots+environment 9 http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb483076.aspx 10 http://www.futurehi.net/archives/000111.html ?? ?? ?? ?? ...read more.
