Integrated summary of 5 (or more) Leader Self Insights-explanation/application Using Multiple Intelligence (1.1) The multiple intelligence is where I am really not that good at solving problems which are logical mathematical(rationality and logical), as they are very complex and it takes more time for me to solve those complex problems, I am really bad at verbal/linguistic(words and language) as I am really poor at English Language and I find it difficult to read and write it in a proper sentence and also I do not use the proper grammar and sentence structure, I am really horrible at listening to musical(sounds, tonal patterns, and rhythms) as whenever I hear the whole music I cannot identify the sounds, tone, patterns, and rhythms properly and sing the song appropriately which I just heard. Your Leadership Potential (1.2) As a head of major department at a corporation and leadership potential I have got management qualities because as a new leader I can operate myself as an efficient leader and influence the leadership quality to perform well by leading my followers to the right direction, so that the followers believes me and follows whatever I say to them. My leadership qualities can enhance performance very well and both of my sets of qualities are developed or improved with awareness and experience as I think equally and try to identify my follower's weaknesses and try to find a proper solution to solve those problems, so that they follow my lead. T-P Leadership Questionnaire: An assessment of Style: (3.1) The leadership orientation of my leadership style is more of people orientated style, because as a leader I like to gather lot of people in a group conversation and try to talk with more people and try to explain each of those people what their tasks are, however based on task orientation I am a person who dislikes doing tasks by myself and I try to avoid ...read more.

However, my short term goals are, to go to Spain only for three months this summer to visit and explore that place and play cricket for only two hours each day only for one month. d. Implementation: The action steps that will be taken to attain the long term goals mentioned in Part 3(c) are to make a timetable based on how many hours should I allocate on the V Leader assignment, so that I could complete the entire assignment within ten days and also on the Marketing assignment, so that I could complete it on time. However, if I see that by maintaining that timetable I am falling behind in one of the subject, then I will try to increase a bit less amount of time on that subject and less amount of time on another subject. This is how I will move myself ahead as I want to be in a position where I could complete my assignment very quickly and this will help me to complete my coursework's on time which will lead me to being graduated in July 2012. To become a successful businessman I would try to compete myself with other successful business people that is by joining a business related job, work for many years, and then finally gain the experience of how a business at a hospital could be run successfully, then open up my own hospital and run that hospital according to the experience that I would have been developed. On the other hand, the action steps that would be taken to achieve the short term plans mentioned in Part 3(c) are to visit Spain only for three months, so that I could visit that country, travel all over that country and give a tour to explore the beauty of Spain. I would plan to travel, but before travelling I would first look for a job, work really hard, and then with the hard earned money I would plan to go to Spain. ...read more.

Conclusion

2) Books and newspapers. 2) If I only do single loop learning, then I will always get some scores as I used to, however if I keep on doing this then later on it may badly effect on my exams. 2) For term one 49 Days, for term two 51 days, and for term three 44 days. 3) Based on theory-in-use I will draw a mind map to see how quickly I can do my coursework's and based on espouse theory I will make a timetable based on whatever coursework's I have and the deadline to complete it. 3)Knowledge 3) To develop more knowledge within less period of time. 3) To develop knowledge within less period of time, I read lot of books and articles and took concepts from there, by this way I had more knowledge and knew how to do assignments on time and finished all of my assignments on time which means before the deadline. 3) Notebook, pens, and pencils. 3)Sometimes the mind map doesn`t work by drawing it on the notebook as every time whenever I do assignments over and over again something good comes up into my mind and I change it and start writing it. 3) Same as in part two. 4) I will close the gaps by actually making a timetable and actually following it accordingly. 4) Leadership skills, confidence, technical competence, and communication skills. 4) To develop all of the leadership skills, technical skills, and communication skills based on whatever coursework's I have left. 4) To develop all of the skills I tried to change myself and behave in a way so that everybody sees me that I am capable of doing any work perfectly. 4) Teachers, notebooks, computer, and friends. 4) Even if I could follow the timetable for one subject, I still get stuck with other subjects as maybe I couldn`t find the teacher or I have problems understanding that subject. 4) Same as part two. ...read more.
