Human Resource Management is needed by firms in order for them to improve the moral of the workforce hence increasing the working efficiency of the firm. Employees need to able to work in a suitable environment so as to maximize the production levels and relationships among the rest of the employees and their managers. Large multinational enterprises use Human Resource Management to its full extent, since they have a substantial workforce that has to be kept under a safe environment. A vast amount of money has to be injected by the firm towards the development of these suitable working environments; this is not an easy stage since it is known that every employer has different needs.
