Overview

         The Midstate University School of Business is in the top twenty business school which has outstanding undergraduate, MBA, doctoral, and executive program. It cooperates with the Business Placement Office (BPO), an outstanding company recruiter. The primary mission of BPO is to help Midstate University Student get appropriate jobs.

        In order to provide outstanding service to both student and employers, the BPO makes extensive use of sophisticated computer systems. Companies interact with the BPO via the web. Recruiter can set up interview dates and interview schedules via the Web and they can watch their interview schedules fill up with the students and even access those students’ resumes through the web.

        From the student perspective, the main function of the BPO is to provide on-campus interviews with companies for which the student would like to work. Employers are very pleased with the services provided to them by the Midstate University BPO. The BPO computer system forms an essential part of all of the critical activities of the BPO. The problem that can be emerged in this computer system is students’ data security. They have to exit properly from the BPO or school homepage to ensure nobody can continue work with their data.

        A communication revolution is taking place that directly or indirectly affects the job of every manager and the primary catalyst is the Internet and the World Wide Web. The net result of internal changes in organization is that communication become important. Managers need rapid, reliable voice and data communication with other parts of the company and with suppliers and customers.

        BPO builds computer networking and telecommunication in order to electronically link of the geographically dispersed devices. By telecommunication network, it can easily transmute the students’ data using the network and the underlying data. This network is viewed as interface that makes manager or any other network users to send a communication easily and efficiently. The employers can easily access the student’s resume, match this resume with the company requirement and set up the interview schedules.
