Over the past fifteen years Kitchen in Wheels experienced a fast growth from one mobile kitchen to an armada of forty kitchens on wheels.

Logoti Work Hard is the founder of the company and he made his way up the stairs alone with a lot of effort. The company is still run by the founder and he takes care of almost all the aspects of the business, from management to accounting. He also has Personel Manager whose job schedule is mainly to recruit drivers and sales men and women.

The company seem quite well established in the industry  and does not seem to have any difficulties with the community in general. Below is a highlight of the public relation plan that has been proposed for the company to increase his level of popularity and get better results.

Company’s Background

Following the last poll on: “Public Attitudes Towards Growing Food and Beverages companies”, Kitchen on Wheels have always been rated around the 60 to 70 percent. The company never crossed the limit of 68 % concerning their popularity.

A poll was run in the within the company to get the feeling of the workers in different positions in the company and the main lack of popularity was seen.

The last way that the company’s lack of popularity was shown was through meeting with other business leaders in the same industry and discuss about the way they found to get better results for Kitchen on Wheels.

The company is not as popular as it should have been. It was mainly a

communication or public relation issue.

Then, there is the acquisition of some media coverage for the activities that the company would be organising within the year.
