Strategic planning is an organisation’s process of defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy, including its capital and people. In order to determine where it is going, the organization needs to know exactly where it stands, then determine where it wants to go and how it will get there. The resulting document is called the "strategic plan."

Aims of washwood heath technology college:

The purpose of structure for washwood heath Technology College is to provide education. It tries its best to provide the children with the best education. Their aim is not to make profit as that is handled by the government. Their aim is to provide the children with the best educational support as they can and support them in all aspects as required.

Head teacher: She or he is the most important person in the department. He or she handles the main matters of the school. The head teacher has to make decisions in the department. Washwood heath Technology College has 5 houses. Each house has a head of house. Each house has its own form. The head of house is to be reported if there is anything wrong in the house. If there is any trouble caused within the house the teachers are meant to report to the head of house and even the students are meant to report to the head of house. Every house has its own assemblies and activities according to the upcoming events.

Departments:

Everything in the school has a department. There are head of departments to every department. The departments mange the different activities of the school like the finance department of the school manages the activities related to finance. All the matters that are related to a particular department are handled by that particular department.

Head of faculty:

Washwood heath Technology College has faculty. Faculty is a collective group of people that one hires to manage work, an example of this would be like a teacher is a member of a school's faculty. Every faulty has head of faculty as according to the faculty. Every matter in the school is reported to the faculty and they check over it and take actions according to it.

Head of subjects:

Every subject has been divided to a particular option. Everything related to a subject has to be managed by that department that includes the examination activities as well. Every subject has a head of the subject. The head of subject looks after everything going on in the subject option. All the teachers in the department are answerable to the head of subject. The head of subject has to make decisions and has to recruit other teachers if required in the department. They’re different subjects like business, maths e.t.c which all are in their particular department.

Teachers:

Washwood heath Technology College has teachers who teach the students. They provide the students with the education. A teacher is a person who provides education for pupils (children) and students (adults). The role of teacher is often formal and ongoing, carried out at a school or other place of formal education. The teachers respond the head of departments, the head of subject or to the head of house as per required on the issue. The teachers keep a check on the educational progress of a student. They play a very important role.

Students:

The students are the pupils who come to get education in the school. The students in washwood heath Technology College have to be answerable to the teachers in the school. A student is a learner, or someone who attends an educational institution. The students have to go school get education and then give exams and produce good results for themselves.

The style of organization helps washwood heath Technology College fulfill the purpose of business. The purpose of this business is to provide education to the students and related to any concerns solving those concerns out. In washwood heath technology college there is division of departments which helps them carry out all the activities in a manner. All the major issues are not alwys taken to the headteacher, the relaevant deparrments and they sort the problems out and if there is something very important only then the matter is taken over by the headteacher. This shows how perfectly the school has been managed and how well organised it is and how this helps carry out the purpose of business properly.
