Task 1 P4

June had 4 service providers who assisted in her care. This includes doctor, nurse, police and also the care workers. The responsibility of each provider is to ensure the health and well being of the individual. The jobs are all health related so the primary purpose is to aid and care for people’s health. The doctor’s responsibility is to provide the essential care the patient needs.  Because June has broken her left shoulder and has severe cuts, it is required that the doctor checks these wounds to see whether it requires a medical attention. This may be because it may be infected and may needed to be diagnosed. They will do this by taking investigation such as performing X rays towards the injured area of the patient. This is to see whether the situation would need to go to any more depth such as having an operation. Doctors will also provide prescription of medicine when needed. This may be because June injuries may be painful so will require some relieving tablet to reduce pain. The doctor would have made an effort into making June less scared by having friendly talks with her, forming a friendly relationship.

The nurses work alongside the doctor. When the doctor has finished checking the patients, the doctor will provide given orders which the nurses follow. They usually will aid the patient by applying bandages, giving injections or cleaning harmful bacteria near the wound and more. In this case, the nurse would had taken the X ray of June’s arm and had given it to the doctor to check the bone of her shoulder and also would had aided June’s by which is applying stitches. The nurses would have also given clear instruction of what he will be doing, forming a nice friendly relationship as well.  

The police would have come due to the claims of the lost necklace June had been wearing when admitting the premises of the hospital. The police would have questioned June about the incident and related matter of the missing necklace. The police will question people who had a near contact with June as well as anyone who may be the suspect. The police at the same time will also question about how the care worker who had been assisting June as because it may be an accidental incident or a serious offence.

Not the greatest park but it’s convenient for me and my family to walk the dog.

I do not like this park as there’s to much hooligan in the park causing trouble. There’s too much cracks on the flooring making it not comfortable for me to talk the dog.

It’s a decent park with the usual needs. But not enough facilities for pet owners where there is a limited supply to dog bins and I walk more than 10 dogs a day.

Ye him a casual walker in this park, my pet love it, I don’t have any problem, big enough space for any pet to run wild.
