Paying through Paypal
Paypal is how individuals or businesses send and receive money online, it is like an online account, and money can only be transferred online through paypal without the need to reveal any payment details e.g. credit card number.
But there is one problem. Paypal cannot be used when transacting for any dell products, only because Paypal is used for low transactional purposes.
So this means that Paypal is not a method of payment through the dell website, this is why you cannot sign up to Paypal through the dell website.

The following is a basic diagram of how the online order takes place, and how the products are placed in the virtual shopping basket.

This is how the online ordering process takes place.
No matter how many items are added to the shopping basket, they can be viewed or items can be added on later.
The user may save their shopping basket and retrieve it at a later time. They can return later in the day or even up to two weeks later and see their selections. After adding the item(s) the user is interested in to your shopping basket, the user will be taken to a page which lists the contents of they’re shopping basket. From this page, select "Save Basket". To save your order for later, user must provide a memorable word and your e-mail address to associate with their basket. After entering their e-mail address, click on "Continue." The users basket will be assigned a reference number that will be shown on screen together with instructions and saved for up to 14 days.

This is a flow diagram of what it takes to order at dell.
Firstly the user must be logged in; the intended product should be clicked on, and after this the user should click on buy. After pressing continue to order checkout, the user should press add to basket, on clicking this, the final details of the product will be available, and the final payment details will be shown.
Help facilities available
Dell offer a lot of help facilities, they have a section where people can look for commonly asked question which have been answered.
The users can also type in a question and dell will reply with the answer, a more personal way is to just email dell, and one of their personal advisors will help the user out.
Another helpful tool available is the dell shopping assistant. This is an online tool only at the dell website which guides the user in buying a dell PC. This is a very helpful and useful option to have.
