Since the new Hair Studio has opened in Sutton Coldfield and has been experiencing some problems so I have been appointed by the hair salon to help make this new business grow as well as improve its efficiency. I will help the business by providing it with components such as a monitor, a scanner and a printer. And for example only one monitor will be need for the receptionist. The components that I will need are mainly to assist the computer to do more functions. And I will also need software such Microsoft Access, which will help the hair Salon to store and retrieve data into the system. The Hardware and the software that I will recommend to the Hair salon should have a very big impact on the way it runs.
Hardware.
Monitor
The monitor or screen is a visual display unit, which displays images generated from output of devices such as computers.
Computer Box
This is the computer box that contains all the controls to make the monitor work. The computer box contains the Central Processing Unit that will make the monitor work the monitor can’t work without the computer box.
Printer
Printers are used for making a hard copy for a piece of work. There are different types printers such ink jet printers and laser printers.
Keyboard
A keyboard is a device that inputs information. It is used to enter data into the computer. On the keyboard there is a set of alphabet keys and a set on number keys.
Mouse
A mouse is used to navigate on the computer. And appears on the computer as a cursor on the computer screen or a arrow
