The advertising area of Mc Donald's is the biggest in the fast food industry spending more than all the other main competitors put together I think this is the key to there success because the advertising is one of the main points in a business because they have to let people know about there product and when people are hungry or thirsty they recall the advert and want it.
The advertising industry is also very important because you can get something there head without them knowing like with a catchy song or a funny joke that they can remember and they think about it then they think about what it was advertising and realize that they are thirsty.
The sales department of Mc Donald's is very quick and convenient but he only problem with it as I said earlier is the matter about the staff some of them are very nice polite and serves with a smile but you get some who are just rude ...

The kitchen and the stock need each other to run at there full potential because if the kitchen wasn’t there the stocks would get full and the food would go to waste and if the were no stock rooms then the kitchen would have nothing to cook. The kitchen is run very efficiently the food is cooked without being burned and then it is kept warm until it is needed. The stock is also very well controlled because they get there stock either every two days because the meat would go off if it was kept any longer and that wouldn’t go down very well with the health and safety officers
In the conclusion of section b I have found out that each and every department is reliant on the others and this is known as the three-legged stool because each leg is as important as the last and wouldn’t be able to function with each other
