Explain what Christians believe about the death of Jesus and life after death?

As the he carried his own cross he collapse, witched showed his humility. “22 And they brought him to the place called Gol'gotha (which means the place of a skull). 23 And they offered him wine mingled with myrrh; but he did not take it.” Myrrh was a pain killer but Jesus didn’t take because if he took it than he would be cheating death. “And they crucified him, and divided his garments among them, casting lots for them, to decide what each should take.” This was one many fulfilled prophecies that there predicted in the old testament about the Saviour, “They will tear at my hands and feet and gamble over my clothes”. The people in the crowd mocked Jesus for being the king of the Jews, “31. So also the chief priests mocked him to one another with the scribes, saying, "He saved others; he cannot save himself. 32 Let the Christ, the King of Israel, come down now from the cross, that we may see and believe." In the last few hours of being on the cross “there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour. 34 And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, "E'lo-i, E'lo-i, la'ma sabach-tha'ni?" which means, "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?" Christians believe that at this point he was totally cut of from God, he is in hell at this point. The sky darken and “And the curtain of the temple was torn in two, from top to bottom.” Meaning that temple was now open to everyone. “And when the centurion, who stood facing him, saw that he thus breathed his last, he said, "Truly this man was the Son of God!" centurions there the roman soldiers, and they must have seen lots of people being crucified, so something must have compelled him to say that Jesus was the Son of God. He was poked with the spear and water and blood can out, this was a clear sing of death, another way to see if the person has died was to break their legs, but because he was poked with a spear he fulfilled another of the prophesies that “no bone would be broken in the Messiah’s body” Jesus is a manifestation of God’s love for us. God and Man would not reconcile until sacrifice is made.   Christians also believe that there is life after death; on many occasions Jesus said that there will be life after death,. Life after death is fundamental in the Christian belief. All Christian believe that there is life after death, but it all depends there you go to spend your life after death on the way u live your life on earth. Christians believe that there is a heaven and a hell because it says in The Bible that “God came down from heaven with 12 legions of angels to fight the devil and his demons”. The Bible also say that there will be a judgment day them Jesus will come back to earth to see who is going up to heaven and who is going down to hell, on that day all your sins and good deeds are tallied up and God decides if you’re a worthy of going to heaven.
