Guilty Conscience

Mayfare enters the car and puts the key in the ignition

Madison picks up the rose and smells it. She smiles and kisses Mayfare on the cheek.

Madison

Baby you shouldn't have. When did u become such a romantic? I think I like the new you.

Mayfare

(says distractedly)

What.....

Madison

Yellow roses, my favourite. It smells so beautiful

(puts the rose under Mayfare's nose)

Mayfare

(says distractedly)

I didn't.... Baby can you smell petrol?

(sniffing around)

Mayfare looks around the car in confusion and spots a small tube placed under the rear seat. It's leaking petrol.

INT. Opposite side of the car park

A black gloved hand is holding a remote control. The hand points it at the Bentley. The remote has a series of red lights and switches on it. The hand flicks the switch and one of the red lights turn green.

INT. Inside the Bentley

The doors of the car lock

Mayfare

What the...

He tries to unlock the doors with no success.

Madison

Stop playing around baby. I'm tired. I wanna go home to bed...

Mayfare

This aint no joke. I can't unlock the doors.

INT. Opposite side of the car park

The hand flicks the second of the switches and the second red light turns green.

INT. Inside the Bentley

Mayfare is still trying frantically to unlock the doors whilst Madison sits quietly looking scared.

The plastic tube under the rear seat bursts throwing petrol into the air; covering the whole of the inside of the car and the Clayton's. Madison begins to cry uncontrollably and Mayfare is hitting the windows.

INT. Inside the car park

A couple are walking towards their car just across from where the Claytons are trapped in their car. They see the Clayton's frantically trying to get out. They rush to help them.

INT. Opposite side of the car park

The hand flicks the third switch and the final light changes from red to green.

INT. Inside the Bentley

The Bentley explodes into a huge ball of flames. Metal and debris sprays the entire area. The whole area is engulfed in smoke and flames. The couple are thrown from their feet to the ground.

EXT. Outside the car park

The gloved hand places a remote control on the ground and gently places a single yellow rose and a card reading 'No I won' on top of it.

INT. Bed scene

Mayfare awakes with a jump. He turns and looks beside him where Madison is looking at him. He is covered in sweat and the sheets are damp and twisted.

Mayfare

(says short of breath)

Oh my God. It was just a dream.

Madison

Baby it's ok your awake now. Your safe now.

(she kisses him and holds him in her arms)
