“There should be no rich people as long as there is poverty in the world”

I believe this statement to be false. The simple fact of - It isn’t the more fortunate countries’ fault for why LEDC’s are poor compared to MEDC’s such as UK or USA.

But on the religious side of things, It was said that God made the world for humans to share with all, Along with life’s luxuries. In Christianity, Wealth is said to be the spiraling route to evil, As it says in Matthew 6:24 “No one can serve two masters, either he will hate one and love the other”. This means either to serve and love God, or take greed and spite into not sharing wealth.

Though Charities were set up to help poorer countries, maybe people believe that charity starts and stays at home. Wealth is something a lot of people choose to become as a result of hard earned work. Maybe people believe in wealth as a power to control and change, such as MPs & the Prime Minister. In my view this is good as these people will try and make life a better and a more successful experience.
