Investigating what the customer wants - this is going to be done by doing research- investigate what the customers want, one possibility of doing this is by doing questionnaire where you ask the general public what they want. This activity is done so that the company can see what the customers are expecting and can make the product match their taste. For example, if the public want to have the bottle to be more attractive we will try to design a better, more attractive model. This again would lead to a good relationship between the customers and Jupiter Sports.

They would be much anticipated to buy Jupiter Sports because they already know what the product is. This particular activity is carried out so we continue to keep very good relationship with the customers. We have to get all the customers we can get as we are a small firm.
