This activity is done so that the company can see what the customers are expecting and can make the product match their taste. For example, if the public want to have the bottle to be more attractive we will try to design a better, more attractive model. They would be much anticipated to buy Jupiter Sports because they already know what the product is. This particular activity is carried out so we continue to keep very good relationship with the customers. We have to get all the customers we can get as we are a small firm.
