Evaluation For Board Set Assignment - Task 4 Website

I had to create a Garden Centre Website for a garden centre. It had to be bright and colourful so it attracted the customer to the garden centre. It had to have all the information of plant details and where the garden centre is situated.

I chose Notepad to answer this task because it used HTML which is a website making language. I could then make web pages very quickly and link them easily.

Page 1 (Home Page)

* The garden centres name e.g., the plant house garden centre. This is bright and bold and in a clear font.

* The address of the garden centre. This is important because people need to know where the garden centre is or they won't come. This is attractive and clear.

* The title. This is the homepage it needs to be there but is not that important so it does not stand out as much.

* The 4-hyperlink pictures and the text. These are at the bottom of the page. There is one for Trees and shrubs, one for herbaceous perennials, one for bedding and rockery plants and one for garden supplies. These are the pages and they have there own picture and text saying which page each one is.

* Garden Centre information. This is what I get out of the text file and basically tells the customer that all the plants that the garden centre plants have come from plant cuttings.

Page 2 - Trees and Shrubs

* The title of the page. For this page it is trees and Shrubs. This is bright and bold and in a clear font.

* A picture of one of the plants. It is situated just above the price list. It is there so the customer can see exactly what they are getting and see if it is good quality. This picture ...
