Remuneration and incentives are used are offered in a lot of organisations to try and make the employees within the organisation work better and to the best of their abilities. There are two main types of incentives they are financial and non- financial forms of motivation.  Financial forms of motivation include things like money incentives and things that employee can use and depose of in their own time. This includes wages and salary upgrades and also performance related pay. Perks and other incentives may include commission free or discounted use of facilities, company cars, profit sharing schemes, and bonus. Non-financial forms of motivation are things like how the company would use different methods to empower their employees and get the organisation to reach its goals. This would include things like giving their employees reasonability’s and more power within the organisation. This increase in power gives the employees within the organisation a will to work and perform to the best of their abilities. The incentives at Selsdon Park are include the following:
