Othello was written by William Shakespeare in the early part of the 17th century it is set in the high society streets of Venice. The play is mainly based around 3 characters (Othello, Desdemona and Iago) the main themes are based around these people.

The play is about Othello and Desdemona who get married and Othello’s servant Iago gets jelous of Othello and plans a string of tricks to try an split Othello and Desdenona apart and somehow they fall for them and it ends in utter tradegy.
