The Monster Beneath

As my eyes strain to keep open, I looked outside the window to see the thunder roaring seeing that I was surrounded by many lit candles, as I stood alone in the centre. I could see the threatening dark looking clouds at the same time as the rain pattering fiercely on the window panes. I felt an unpleasant sudden fear as I felt as though I was being bombarded by the coldness that surrounded me.

As I look down at such astonishment I saw the monster which lied at my feet. Shivers ran down my spine making me tremble all over; it had a very pale look, with the most deepest blue eyes, the most shrivelled red lips and hair like a witch; His body as skinny as a stick, as his limbs stick out, with the hugest bony legs ever. Years and years of work down the drain. As I walked away in fright, and immediately lightning struck the window and then went into him, and suddenly something touched my shoulder, when I looked back, I saw nothing more than a hideous creature wanting to kill me. I thought what a gruesome THING I had created yet seeming so astonishing at start. As I tremble, I gradually managed to talk to him but I found no answer consequently he picked me up and as I felt the coldness within the beast he thrashed me against the wall.

I felt ever more terrified than I had ever felt before, as I thought he was going to kill me. As I lay on the floor struggling to get up, he walked slowly as if he a robot paralyzed trying to get close to me I really didn’t know what to say to him other than ‘I’m your creator’. He didn’t listen as he was a senseless, and didn’t know how to speak. When he got to me, he grabbed me by the neck squeezing the life out of me, and stared deep into my eyes. At this moment ...
